18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All models, performers and other individuals that may be shown in any visual depiction of explicit sexual conduct, whether actual or simulated, that is displayed on the website were a minimum of 18 years of age when said visual depictions were produced.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The owners and operators of the website are not the "producers" of any actual or simulated sexually explicit photos or video recordings featured on it. Regarding such, the operators of perfectporn.pics limit their actions to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content, be it depictions of explicit or of simulated sexual activity, that is provided by third-party users of the website. All portions of the website that feature such user-provided content are under the control of the relevant users. For this reason, the operators and owners of perfectporn.pics are exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as determined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content on the website that, at the operator’s sole discretion, is found to be illegal, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or which in any way goes against the website's terms of use or other policies may be taken down.

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

The visual depictions displayed on the website are excluded from compliance with the provision of 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. §75, because: 1) they do not portray activity as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C §2256 (2)(A) (i) through (iv); 2) they do not portray activity as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2257A produced after March 19, 2009; 3) they do not portray activity listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(v) produced after March 19, 2009; 4) the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

The material and records compulsory for compliance with the Record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. 75 are on file with the designated 2257-Custodian of Records and are available for inspection by sending a request via our contact form.
